Hi, I’m Nick.
I see a lot of people in their 20s and 30s and beyond counting themselves out of owning a home right now, and my goal is to change that. Coming from a background in leadership and account management, my entire approach is built on being a trusted advisor for my clients. Buying a home is a massive milestone, and I’m here to guide you through the process step-by-step, take the stress off your plate, and make sure you feel confident and supported from start to finish.
Truth is, I got into this industry a bit backward. I started out by investing in real estate myself, and going through that process showed me just how much of a difference it makes to have the right financial strategy in place. I realized I wanted to take what I learned and empower other people to do exactly the same.
When I’m not underwriting deals or enjoying coffee with realtors and partners, you’ll find me sprinting around Stanley Park, hitting the greenway out to Steveston, or swimming at the Aquatic Centre six days a week! I bring that same focus and work ethic to every client file.
